Online Payment Methods
ONLINE PAYMENT METHODS
Currently, Air Mekong supports two online payment methods for Customers booking at www.airmekong.com.vn and www.airmekong.vn. After completing all the information in “Contact Details” and “Passenger Details” sections, your online payment can be made by choosing one of the following:
• Credit card payment
• Local debit card payment (ATM card)
1. Credit card payment
If you want to pay by credit card, select the “Credit card” tab. Our system currently only accepts payment with:
• VISA (Credit card and Debit card)
• MASTER (Credit card)
• JCB (Credit card)
• American Express (Credit card)
Please enter your credit card payment details on the screen, e.g. “card type”, “card number”, “card holder name”, “expiration date” and “CVV/CVC” code. Then click “Continue”
Note: Customers may be requested to verify their credit card before departure time or to show credit card during check-in at the airport.

2. Local debit card payment (ATM card)
If you want to pay by local debit card (ATM card), select the “Debit card” tab. Our system currently only accepts payment with:
• Connect 24 local debit card (ATM card) registered internet banking issued by Joint stock commercial bank for foreign trade of Vietnam - Vietcombank
• VietinBank E-Partner local debit card (ATM card) registered internet banking issued by Vietnam joint stock commercial bank for Industry and Trade – VietinBank
• VIB local debit card (ATM card) registered internet banking issued by Vietnam International Bank
• Dong A local debit card (ATM card) registered internet banking issued by Dong A Bank
• HDBank local debit card (ATM card) registered internet banking issued by HDBank
• Techcombank local debit card (ATM card) registered internet banking issued by Techcombank
• TienPhong Bank local debit card (ATM card) registered internet banking issued by TienPhong Bank
• SHB local debit card (ATM card) registered internet banking issued by SHB
• Eximbank local debit card (ATM card) registered internet banking issued by Eximbank
• Viet A local debit card (ATM card) registered internet banking issued by Viet A Bank

Payment process by local debit card (ATM card)
• Step 1: On payment page, select payment method “Debit card”
• Step 2: Payment gateway OnePay will appear. You need to enter information about “Card holder name”, “Card number” and “Card issue date”. Then select “Continue”.
• Step 3: Issuing bank’s payment page will appear. You need to follow instructions on this page to finish the transaction and receive the “Itinerary”.
